Karla Jimenez-Rodas is a Senior Legal Assistant who joined the firm in 2023 and provides comprehensive legal and administrative support in complex litigation and immigration matters.

She plays an essential role in ensuring a smooth, organized, and efficient legal process for clients. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Karla is especially valued for her ability to effectively communicate with and support Spanish-speaking clients.

Karla earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of Maryland in 2024 and brings over a decade of administrative experience to her role. She is actively involved in all phases of case management, including client intake, document organization, discovery coordination, and preparation for negotiations and trial. She is also skilled in legal research, assisting with information gathering, record review, and case strategy support.

Recognized for her strong communication skills and attention to detail, Karla maintains accurate records and consistent client contact from start to finish. Her strong working knowledge of discovery procedures, USCIS immigration forms, and motor vehicle regulations allows her to efficiently support attorneys and contribute to timely case resolution.
